I have always had a natural inclination toward perfectionism and meticulous care in event planning. Having worked in this industry for 16 years, I chose from the very beginning to dedicate myself primarily to couples coming from afar who need genuine, hands-on support on the ground.Even before decor and styling details, I consider evaluating logistics to be essential: the venue hosting you and whether its services truly align with your needs. This is why I will always be clear and transparent with you, guiding you toward the best choices through a comprehensive assessment of everything you need to know before booking services—especially key elements such as venue and catering. I always recommend complete full-service planning. It is the only way to ensure smooth execution with no unforeseen surprises, giving you total peace of mind and control from the very start. The deep regional expertise I have built over the years enables me to evaluate venues,gastronomy, and suppliers with total transparency prior to any booking. No one can guarantee vendor quality better than a local wedding planner—deeply rooted in the territory, yet entirely focused on destination weddings and experiential events.
How It All Began
II embarked on this journey alongside a dear friend, back when wedding planning was still just something on television and felt like an out-of-reach career. Together, we founded Marriage & Glamour and, alongside the handful of local Pugliese businesses taking their first steps at the time, we helped lay the concrete foundations for what has now become a thriving wedding industry.
After nearly 15 years and more events than I can count, my drive remains unchanged: welcoming couples from all over the world and crafting a celebration that is a true experience for them and their guests—planned seamlessly from afar,without needing their constant presence on-site. That is the challenge I embrace every single time, and the greatest satisfaction with every successful event.
